Expanded Metal Mesh
The Expanded Metal Mesh range includes Gridmesh®, Louvamesh® and Ornamesh®. Available in many sizes in steel and aluminium to suit your specific need. Relatively open meshes are available for general purpose use, and smaller mesh apertures for heavy duty jobs. Black and galvanised finishes available.
Expanded Metal Mesh - Gridmesh®
Available in many sizes in steel and aluminium to suit your specific need. Light but strong, used for walkways ramps, stairways, ladders, flooring and fixed platforms.
Expanded Metal Mesh – Louvamesh®
Available in many sizes in steel and aluminium to suit your specific need . Privacy, wind protection, widely used for glare reduction on roads and highways.
Expanded Metal Mesh – Ornamesh®

Channels and Angles
Cold formed sections. Strong and easy to use. Black and galvanised sections available. Cold formed sections are available in a range of angles, channels, lipped channels, and one-sided channels. Thicknesses range from 1.6mm to 3mm and are used in a wide variety of applications such as house framing, trusses, trailers and really as far as the imagination can go.
LYSAGHT BONDEK®
LYSAGHT BONDEK® is a highly efficient, versatile and robust formwork, reinforcement and ceiling system for concrete slabs. It is a profile steel sheeting widely accepted by the building and construction industry to offer efficiency and speed of construction.

Steel House Framing
Steel House Framing is lightweight, heavy duty, galvanised and universal for all applications. Steel House Framing uses three components; Stud, Plate and Nogging. Plates are used for the top and bottom of your framework, studs are your vertical uprights, nogging is a mid section to hold all these together. These components can be welded, screwed or pop-rivited together.
Top Span Battens are used as an alternative to purlins where strength and limited size is required.
BlueScope Lysaght's range includes a full range of residential steel frame solutions such as QUIKA-FLOOR® steel sub-floor systems and light steel sections like LYSAGHT TOPSPAN® battens. BlueScope Lysaght's steel house framing systems are fully compatible with the LYSAGHT® range of roofing and walling cladding profiles and are manufactured from TRUECORE® steel backed by a 50 year material warranty.
TRUECORE® steel House Framing
TRUECORE® steel delivers very real benefits for builders, designers and homeowners alike.
Wall and roof framing made from TRUECORE® steel is 100 per cent termite and borer proof. TRUECORE® steel is also non-combustible, so its use significantly reduces the amount of flammable material in a home. The inherent strength and durability of TRUECORE® steel provides structural integrity in all types of environments and conditions, they won't shrink, twist or warp.
Structural Framing - LYSAGHT® Zed & Cee Purlins and Girts
LYSAGHT® Purlins and Girts are lightweight structural steel members, designed in accordance with the AS/NZS 4600: 1996 Cold Formed Steel Structures utilising high strength zinc-coated steel.
LYSAGHT® Zed sections may be used over single spans, unlapped and lapped continuous spans in multi-bay buildings. Lapped continuous spans result in considerable capacity increase in the system.
LYSAGHT® Cee sections may be used in single spans, and unlapped continuous spans in multi-bay building and are ideal as eave purlins or where compact sections are required for detailing.

BlueScope Lysaght Patio Post
The LYSAGHT® Patio Post is an attractive post designed for maximum visual impact and structural strength. The post is made from extruded aluminium and features a fluted profile and high gloss powder-coated finish. The posts sit neatly on die-cast aluminium feet which are easily fastened to concrete slabs or footings.

LYSAGHT® Roofing
LYSAGHT® Roofing products are available in a range of profiles such as CUSTOM ORB®, KLIP-LOK 700 HI-STRENGTH® and TRIMDEK® meaning there's a roofing profile to suit every building application and style - residential or commercial - federation or contemporary - providing flexibility in design opportunities. All profiles are manufactured from genuine COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel.
Popular profiles include:
- LYSAGHT CUSTOM ORB® is the famous BlueScope Lysaght corrugated profile, equally at home with traditional and contemporary design. It is long, wide, strong, lightweight and economical profile which can be quickly and easily aligned.
- LYSAGHT SPANDEK® is a contemporary looking, trapezoidal profile which is ideal where a stronger, bolder, more modern corrugated appearance is required. It combines strength with lightness, rigidity and economy.
- LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK 700 HI-STRENGTH® is a wide-cover concealed fixed cladding with no exposed fasteners for weather-tight roofs. Visually, a bold rib makes a strong statement rising from the flat pans. Thermal expansion of long, straight runs are achievable, and with no exposed fasteners, the long, straight lines remain clean and smooth.
- LYSAGHT TRIMDEK® is a subtle square-fluted steel cladding, available in long lengths, so on most jobs you can have one sheet from ridge to gutter without end laps.

The LYSAGHT® walling profile range gives you the flexibility to select a product to suit any architectural style or environment. There's a walling profile to suit every Australian building application - residential or commercial. A range of special made products to finish a roof. We supply flashings and cappings standard or custom made. The finish can be plain ZINCALUME® steel or COLORBOND ® steel.
Roofing Accessories - Translucent Sheeting
Available in roofing profiles allowing varying degrees of light penetration. Available in a wide range of roofing profiles and grades ranging from light domestic through to heavy industrial. The range of colours compliment both COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel roofing. The accessories available are screws, washers and roof infill strips.
Roofing Accessories - Gutter and Downpipes
Gutters and downpipes are required to carry away rainwater from your roof. BlueScope Lysaght manufacture the perfect guttering system for your home, whatever the style. You can choose from LYSAGHT® QUAD, LYSAGHT TRIMLINE®, LYSAGHT SHEERLINE® or a number of other designs. All designs can be complemented with our complete range of square and round downpipes and rainwater accessories.
To ensure quick and easy installation there is also a full range of matching fixing clips.
Roofing Accessories - Insulation
Used to limit the transfer of heat and noise. Includes blanket, batts, various grades and thicknesses.
Roofing Accessories - Reflective Foil
A foil laminated insulation required for a specific application. Includes light, medium and heavyweight plain facing, anti-glare facing and building grade anti-glare.
Roofing Accessories - Fasteners
Fasteners include fixing screws for steel and timber and are available in a range of finishes. Cyclone fasteners are a necessity for the northern regions of Australia and rivets are available to finish and fix flashing and guttering, also available in COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel.
Roofing Accessories – Sealant
Silicone rubber sealant is available in clear or grey and suits most COLORBOND® steel applications. Can come in single tubes or cartons of 20 tubes. Guns are available for application.
Fascia
LYSAGHT NOVALINE® Fascia System has been designed for ease of use. A spring clip snaps on to the LYSAGHT NOVALINE® Fascia and makes fixing of the gutters quick and easy. It is available in custom cut lengths to suit your application.
